台湾桤木(Alnus formosana)原产台湾,是台湾地区重要的先锋造林树种,以及优良的水土保持和水源涵养树种.本文采用PEG6000渗透胁迫处理,研究了4种台湾桤木种源和2种四川桤木种源苗木光合作用对水分胁迫的反应,结果表明(1)随着水分胁迫程度的增加,叶片相对含水量明显下降,各种源叶片相对含水量下降程度为AC1>AC2>AF1>AF4>AF3>AF2;(2)与对照相比,在轻度(PEG10%)水分胁迫下,台湾桤木种源叶绿素含量呈上升趋势;而四川桤木种源叶片在整个水分胁迫过程中,叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;
