针对裂纹对厚壁筒自增强处理效果影响的问题,采用有限元软件分析了2种径比不同裂纹的厚壁筒自增强处理后的残余应力分布规律,并通过节点位移外推法计算了裂纹尖端处的应力强度因子。研究结果表明,不同径比时自增强压力的变化决定了含裂纹厚壁筒在裂纹尖端残余压应力的分布,以及裂纹尖端应力强度因子的变化率;尖端前缘自由表面存在残余压应力区域,促进了裂纹的闭合;随着自增强压力的增大及裂纹长度的减小,扩大了裂纹尖端沿裂纹扩展方向的残余压应力区域范围。

首先根据无限大中心裂纹板在I型荷载作用下应力分布的近场奇异解,构建薄壁杆件在均匀拉伸时沿裂纹所在截面的正应力的分布模型;然后利用平衡条件确定无量纲应力强度因子;从而建立了一种求解含中心裂纹薄壁杆件应力强度因子的面场分析近似方法。与现有的数值结果比较表明,该方法不仅简单实用,而且结果可靠。文中给出的几种常见薄壁杆件含I型中心裂纹时的无量纲应力强度因子的近似简单解析表达式,既适用于焊接组合薄壁杆件,也适用于冷弯薄壁杆件。

Q355B钢对接接头气孔缺陷对疲劳寿命影响的试验研究与数值模拟
焊接过程常伴随着气孔、夹渣、咬边等缺陷的产生,这些缺陷在疲劳荷载作用下容易导致疲劳裂纹的产生和扩展。基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS结合断裂力学分析软件FRANC3D,本文建立了含气孔缺陷的对接接头有限元模型,并在应力集中最大值处植入裂纹,依据断裂力学M积分对含裂纹的模型进行数值模拟,得到了不同初始裂纹长度和焊缝宽度下裂纹尖端的应力强度因子。分析结果显示:裂纹尖端的应力强度因子对初始裂纹长度变化敏感,随初始裂纹长度增加而增加,而裂纹两端的应力强度因子则呈相反趋势;增加焊缝宽度可以显著降低应力强度因子 ...
