一起500kV线路玻璃绝缘子集中破碎原因分析

针对一起500 kV线路玻璃绝缘子集中破碎8片现象,进行了污秽度测量、成份分析、泄漏电流测量以及火花放电观察。结合运行环境和天气,认为玻璃绝缘子在污秽中成份金属离子和金属氧化物含量比较高,导致绝缘子串上产生长期工频泄漏电流和火花放电。长期工频泄漏电流和火花放电产生的电应力使得玻璃件损伤和钢化层破坏;污秽分布不均以及下雨天气,导致泄漏电流和火花放电集中在污秽严重一侧,玻璃件产生温差,从而产生热应力;在电应力和热应力的共同作用下,最终导致了本次集中破碎。

投球滑套压裂球承压性能分析及试验研究

对压裂球进行受力分析和地面承压测试是开发高性能压裂球的关键。采用有限元数值模拟方法对压裂球进行了受力分析,研究了不同压力对压裂球内应力和塑性变形区域的影响规律,并通过承压试验测试了压裂球的承压性能。为了模拟真实的密封过程,选择显式动力方法定义分析步,在整个过程中认为球座无变形。分析结果表明,压裂球在不同压力载荷下的应力集中区域为球与球座接触区,随着压力的增大,应力集中区和塑性变形区逐渐向球心延伸;当压力超过110 MPa时,压裂球最大应力值已经接近材料的应力极限。

渝东南武隆地区志留系龙马溪组页岩储层的古构造应力场模拟

渝东南武隆地区志留系龙马溪组页岩储层发育,构造裂缝是页岩气运移和聚集的主控因素,而古构造应力场控制着构造裂缝的发育,对武隆地区页岩气的勘探开发具有较大影响。本文对武隆地区及周缘发育的节理进行分期配套处理,明确了武隆地区的古构造应力方向,同时通过岩石声发射实验计算得到了古构造应力的大小。在此基础上,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了武隆地区志留系龙马溪组地层关键构造变形期的地质模型,并通过构造应力场的分析结果明确了该地区关键构造期的构造应力特征,以确定构造应力场数值模拟的边界条件,进而对构造应力场进行数值模拟。
