微分代数方程的解算方法是电力系统仿真技术的基础,不同的解算方法得到仿真模型的解算结果之间存在差异,这对模型的计算分析及评估有重要影响。基于当前较为常用的商用软件平台中使用的三种分析方法—EMTP类软件的节点分析法、用于Matlab/Simulink的状态空间法以及用于RT-LAB平台的状态空间节点法,结合各算法的特性,基于典型RLC电路模型进行仿真,通过仿真结果说明各算法之间的差异,并理论分析了结果差异产生的原因。

共享储能可有效提高储能设备利用率,降低储能成本。然而目前对共享储能的研究集中于中小型用户,并且未考虑输电成本和网损的影响。提出一种发电侧共享储能机制(包括储能供需的形成机制、储能供需的匹配机制和共享储能收益的分配机制),并在此基础上建立基于合作博弈的共享储能规划模型。进一步,基于实际风电数据对共享储能的典型场景进行仿真,检验联盟的整体理性、参与者的个体理性和联盟的稳定性,分析输电成本、网损和储能成本对博弈结果的影响。以算例结果验证所提共享储能机制和规划模型的有效性。
