MVR蒸发技术在废水处理中的应用研究

随着环境污染和水资源短缺的加剧,对于工业废水的排放要求日趋严格,常规的废水处理技术已无法满足废水的处理要求,尤其是高含盐、高有机物、高毒性的难降解废水,其有效处理仍然是难点。为满足国内对高难度废水的处理要求,采用MVR蒸发技术,通过卧式降膜蒸发装置,分别对高盐废水、焦化废水RO浓缩液和垃圾渗滤液NF浓缩液进行中试处理。结果表明,该技术可对上述废水进行10~20倍的有效浓缩处理,减量化效果明显,且蒸馏水出水水质良好,可满足排放或回用的要求。废水处理产出1 t蒸馏水的最高电耗为25.1 kW·h,电价按0 ...

高浓度难降解有机废水湿式氧化可行性研究

选择四种高浓度难降解有机废水,在2L高压间歇反应釜中,研究了湿式氧化效果与技术可行性。结果表明:从氧化的容易程度来看,乳化液废水>丙硫咪唑废水>甲胺磷废水>分散蓝废水;各废水湿式氧化后可生化性得到显著改善;Cu2+有不同程度的催化作用;甲胺磷废水和丙硫咪唑废水对不锈钢反应釜腐蚀严重,乳化液废水最适宜湿式氧化。反应温度显著影响废水湿式氧化效果,温度越高氧化率越高。

在分析了废纸造纸废水来源及污染成分的基础上,提出了建立废水的循环利用-综合治理-再回用处理模式与方法,并分别对筛选浓缩水、白水、处理废水的循环利用方式及废水的处理工艺进行了研究分析。实践证明,研究和建立的模式与技术方法是一种切实可行的废水处理方案,它不仅能消除废纸造纸行业的废水污染,而且具有十分明显的经济效益。
