Effect assessment of continuous care intervention on puerperal depression [PDF]
, 2016 目的 探讨延续性护理干预对产褥期抑郁症的效果，降低产褥期抑郁症发生率。方法 将2012年1月—2016年8月在本院住院分娩的存在产褥期抑郁症高危因素的产妇120例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施延续性护理，比较两组产后42天产褥期抑郁症的发生率。结果 观察组产褥期抑郁症的发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 延续性护理干预能有效防控产褥期抑郁症，保证产妇身心健康。Objective: Discuss the effect
