Effect of Continue Nursing on Medication Adherence and Quality of Life of Patients with Multiple myeloma [PDF]

目的 探讨延续护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者生活质量和服药依从性的影响。方法 将73例完成治疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(36例),出院时均按照常规进行出院指导。观察组出院后给予3个月延续护理。3个月后,比较两组患者的生活质量、服药依从性。结果 在躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况5个方面,以及服药依从性的得分,观察组均大于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(р<0.05)。结论 延续护理可以提高多发性骨髓患者的躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况 ...
