Effect of Continue Nursing on Medication Adherence and Quality of Life of Patients with Multiple myeloma [PDF]
, 2017 目的 探讨延续护理对多发性骨髓瘤患者生活质量和服药依从性的影响。方法 将73例完成治疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为观察组（37例）和对照组（36例），出院时均按照常规进行出院指导。观察组出院后给予3个月延续护理。3个月后，比较两组患者的生活质量、服药依从性。结果 在躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况5个方面，以及服药依从性的得分，观察组均大于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义(р<0.05)。结论 延续护理可以提高多发性骨髓患者的躯体、角色、情绪以及社会功能和总体健康状况 ...

, 2019 为了探讨网络延续护理在慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)患者院外管理中的应用效果，选取本科2018 年6 月—2018 年12 月收治慢性鼻窦炎进行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦（FESS）手术患者，按时间节点分组观察分析。2 组患者均进行出院随访，对照组常规电话随访，观察组电话随访+ 网络延续护理干预。结果显示，网络延续护理干预可明显提高慢性鼻窦炎患者疗效。由此得出，应用网络延续护理能有效提高患者自我管理依从性，显著提高治疗效果。
