小型化后的40.5 kV开关柜受尺寸限制,普遍采用加装SMC绝缘隔板的复合绝缘方式,但开关柜母排对绝缘隔板放电的故障仍然较为普遍,因此对放电原因的研究很有必要。文中首先对一台KYN61-40.5型开关柜进行工频耐压试验,验证运行中开关柜内母排对绝缘隔板放电的可能性。其次通过绝缘隔板的加速热老化、湿热老化试验,采用SEM测试、交流击穿场强、耐漏电起痕指数和憎水性检测等绝缘材料测试评估方法,研究绝缘隔板理化特性变化规律,进而得出放电的原因。研究结果表明:开关柜绝缘隔板故障并非绝缘隔板击穿强度降低引起 ...
