高压隔离开关在电力输送中起着至关重要的作用,对其运动学规律及装配调试特性进行研究具有重要的实践意义。文中以GW4型高压隔离开关为例,首先在分析各连杆几何关系的基础上建立了隔离开关运动学模型。然后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件深入研究各特征参数与隔离开关之间的运动学规律,并探究特征参数对安装调试特性的影响。之后通过将回转支承座与支撑立柱间的4均布孔固定连接改为腰子槽孔连接的方式,对现有产品进行了改进并完善了装配方法。最后在GW4型隔离开关试验平台上进行了试验。试验结果表明 ...

SF6气体泄漏是GIS设备最常见的故障之一,GIS泄漏发生时通常伴随内部水组分的增长。为了揭示不同漏孔形态对GIS设备微水增长特性的影响,选取了包含简单圆柱孔、台阶孔、锥形孔、直角孔及并排孔等7种漏孔形态,建立数值模型开展了多组分相变输运瞬态模拟。获得了GIS压力下降过程中不同漏孔内外部流场及水组分相变输运动态特性。结果表明,在相同的漏率规模下,漏孔结构越复杂,其出口位置羽流覆盖面积越小,外部冷凝水更容易进入漏孔内部;扩张型漏孔内会产生热力喉道等气动结构,该结构对液相水进入泄漏通道有明显的阻碍作用 ...
