电磁斥力机构广泛应用为直流断路器的操作机构,在直流开断场景下要求电磁斥力机构的动作时间尽可能的在2 ms时间内分断到满开距,同时保证有较长的使用寿命。针对此问题,文中首先分析了电磁斥力机构的基本原理,然后利用有限元软件搭建了电磁斥力机构的仿真模型,分析了影响电磁斥力机构驱动性能的6个重要参数(线圈匝数、线圈高度、线圈宽度、斥力盘高度、储能电容容量及充电电压)。之后利用BBD试验设计方法输出54组样本,导入BP神经网络预测模型中,结合NSGA-II算法对电磁斥力机构进行了结构优化。仿真结果表明 ...
