双断口快速真空开关分闸速度对短路电流短燃弧时间开断特性影响

短路电流相控快速开断技术可以有效缩短开断的燃弧时间从而提升真空断路器的性能,文中通过研究分闸速度对双断口快速真空断路器短路电流开断短燃弧时间的影响规律,为双断口快速真空断路器相控短燃弧开断提供理论依据。文中实验采用2台12 kV快速真空断路器以及驱动控制系统,搭建了快速真空断路器短路电流短燃弧开断合成实验回路系统,得到了双断口短燃弧时间及临界熄弧开距与分闸速度关系曲线。实验结果表明,双断口短路电流开断短燃弧时间和临界熄弧开距随分闸速度的增加而单调下降。

高压交流真空断路器开断直流电路的试验

以人工过零法进行了用ZN3—10/600—150型、ZN4—10/1000—200型和ZN—10/1000—300型高压交流真空断路器单个灭弧室成功地开断8、11和15.5kA直流电流,以及用两台ZN4—10/1000—200型断路器灭弧室两串三并开断直流电路,最高开断参数达25.8kA、26.7kV的试验。对具有纵向磁场的ZNN—10型(暂)真空断路器,在固定开断电路参数的条件下,进行了单个灭弧室连续开断直流电路的试验,为50kA、30kV高压直流断路器的建造奠定了试验基础。
