Gaoya dianqi, 2014 笔者首先讨论了近年来固封极柱存在的开裂现象,并结合实例简要分析了固封极柱用环氧树脂固化物开裂问题的影响因素:产品的结构设计、环氧树脂的配方设计、压力注射工艺、固化工艺、注射模具的结构设计和调试过程等。其次,探讨了环氧树脂注射料的开裂失效机理,由于内应力和缺陷的存在,在受到温度变化或者机械外力等条件冲击时,环氧树脂固化物内部形成的缺陷和微裂纹扩展导致开裂失效。通过上述对开裂原因及机理的研究,提出了预防环氧树脂固化物开裂问题的预防措施。

Shiyou jixie, 2015 电控式全通径分段完井工艺技术自动化程度高，能大大简化压裂工艺管柱，降低施工强度。在介绍该技术工作原理的基础上，对其关键工具——井下电控开关和电控仪器的结构性能进行了分析，并对该技术进行了室内试验。该技术采用测井钢丝或连续管连带电控仪器输送到井下，将电控开关打开进行压裂，电控仪器还可以实时测试、上传井下压力和流量信号。试验结果表明，该技术工艺可靠，整体效果良好，改变了传统的压裂开关打开方式，同时将压裂开关设计成可重复式，既实现了选择性压裂和重复压裂，又实现了后期开发的选择性开采和堵水工艺。

Gaoya dianqi, 2010 通过一起发生在220 kV电缆线路上的电缆预制式中间接头击穿故障和在故障抢修过程中,同批同规格的中间接头备品在正常预扩张中开裂情况,进行了检查、试验和原因分析,根据故障中间接头的三元乙丙橡胶绝缘件开裂的外表现象和解剖后的放电痕迹分析,该中间接头在运行过程中绝缘件突然开裂是引起放电击穿的主要原因;同时提出备用的中间接头在正常扩径后开裂的三元乙丙橡胶绝缘件,其绝缘老化试验前后的断裂伸长率较低,直接降低了中间接头机械强度,引起备品接头整体绝缘件发生开裂。
