, 2017 目的 通过对我院在HIMSS信息化标准指导下建立的药品辅助决策系统拦截的不合理处方进行分析,并评价其拦截的合理性,以优化审方流程,促进合理用药,提高处方合格率,保证临床用药安全、有效.方法 对2017年4-7月药品辅助决策系统拦截的不合理处方进行整理,并通过比对文献及药品说明书的内容,分析其拦截的合理性.结果 统计结果显示,2017年4-7月,药品决策系统拦截不合理处方合格率达92.03%.药品辅助决策系统上线以来,有效的拦截了不合理及不适宜的处方,实现事先干预,以辅助医生开具最佳给药方案.结论 ...

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1994 对１２２例曾经施行过苯酚胶浆粘堵输卵管绝育术后的妇女，用改良的输卵管子宫角植入术作为可逆性探讨，并对粘堵绝育后的输卵管作电镜观察。发现阻塞段为瘢痕组织所替代，阻塞段邻近的通畅段输卵管上皮细胞及纤毛结构正常。对输卵管子宫角植入术后的病例作了随访，输卵管通畅率９２．９％，宫内妊娠率６５．８％，异位妊娠１例。作者对宫内妊娠率与绝育年限、输卵管保留长度及盆腔粘连的关系作了分析。
