血清中胶质瘤疾病相关蛋白质的筛选

目的方法利用液体芯片-飞行质谱技术进行血清中胶质瘤疾病相关蛋白质的筛选。结果将78例胶质瘤患者和68例正常对照者血清样本各随机分为模型建立组和模型验证组;应用液体芯片-飞行质谱技术测定模型建立组样本,进行了差异蛋白的筛选和诊断模型的建立;然后用模型验证组样本进行了差异蛋白和模型的验证;并对其中的蛋白质进行鉴定。经模型建立组胶质瘤患者与正常对照者的血清蛋白质图谱比较,得到差异蛋白17个并建立了诊断模型,建模蛋白质为1460(m/z)、1612(m/z)、1776(m/z)、1862(m/z)、1941(m/
