元代基层社会的日常防盗机制

元代作为多民族统一的大一统王朝，其日常防盗机制以“预防为先”为核心，构建了宏观与微观相结合的双重防控体系。文章基于《元典章》《至正条格》等典章制度、元人文集及域外游记史料，系统考察元代日常防盗的两大核心机制：一是以巡捕弓手为主体、覆盖城乡水陆的巡警制度，通过驻防布局、日夜轮值、跨区域联防及基层参与形成流动性防控网络；二是针对特殊场所、群体及流动人口的盘查与监控机制，借助“行老”情报网络、户籍路引核验、船舶户籍化管理等实现精准管控。研究表明，元代防盗机制呈现出差异化治理、官民协同的特征 ...
