本文计算了SF6电弧等离子体的平衡成份,温度范围为5000K—30000K,气压为0.2MPa。考虑到等离子体中的主要组成为SF6、SF4、SF2、S2、F2、S、F、S+、F+、F-、e,在计算过程中仅考虑一次电离。在SF6电弧等离子体平衡成份的计算基础上,本文计算了一些SF6等离子体光谱分析中常选用的几条谱线的线光谱发射系数。
