多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶在白细胞介素-1诱导下对角膜基质细胞胶原降解的作用
目的观察多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶及白细胞介素-1α(Interleukin-1α,IL-1α)对人角膜基质细胞胶原降解作用的影响,探讨角膜溃疡的发生机理。方法角膜基质细胞三维胶原凝胶模型表面添加含多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶及IL-1α的MEM液,培养5天,通过测定培养液中的羟脯氨酸(HYP)的量作为胶原降解活性单位。结果多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶直接降解I型胶原,但对角膜基质细胞胶原降解无明显影响,同时添加弹性蛋白酶和IL-1α,明显增加角膜基质细胞胶原降解。结论多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶和IL ...

用平面波赝势密度泛函方法和准谐德拜模型,计算了面心立方结构氧化钙的弹性性质,得到的平衡晶格参数与实验值和其他理论值符合得较好.还得到了0~170 GPa压力范围的弹性常数,弹性模量及弹性各向异性参量,与Tsuchiya和Kawamura的理论值相符.
