淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与甲型流感病毒性肺炎患者病毒载量及临床转归关系
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的分析淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值（LMR）、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（NLR）与甲型流感病毒性肺炎（IAVP）患者病毒载量及临床转归关系。方法选取中国人民解放军海军第九七一医院收治的IAVP患者150例为观察组（时间范围为2021年1月至2024年1月），并采用实时荧光定量PCR仪检测患者病毒载量，另选取健康体检者50例为健康组，比较观察组与健康组LMR、NLR水平。根据临床转归情况将IAVP患者分为死亡组（30例）与和生存组（120例），比较死亡组与生存组病毒载量CT值（循环阈值）及 LMR、NLR水平，
