Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1997 为鉴别血尿来源，提高对血尿出血部位的诊断率，本文用Ｔａｍｍ－ＨｏｒｓｆａｌＰｒｏｔｅｉｎ（ＴＨＰ）抗体免疫染色法观察了１４８例血尿中红细胞表面ＴＨＰ含量，同时与红细胞形态学法进行了对比。以肾小球血尿（ｎ＝６９）ＴＨＰ染色阳性率大于７０％，非肾小球血尿（ｎ＝７９）ＴＨＰ染色阳性率小于３０％为标准，正确符合率为９５．３％，形态学检查的正确符合率为８９．９％；ＴＨＰ法检出阳性率高于形态学法（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此认为，ＴＨＰ免疫染色法能较特异地鉴别血尿来源，是一种血尿定位诊断的较好方法。
