系统地研究了微通道反应器中流体的流速、通道宽度对流形的影响.通过将进样通道的构形由常规的Y形改变为十字形,首次在宽度为500 µm的微通道内得到了塞流,提高了二相间的相接触面积和反应物流量;以环己酮与盐酸羟胺合成环己酮肟为例,说明改变进样通道的构形可显著提高扩散控制的相转移反应的转化率.
