采用扫描电镜技术,观察了赤链华游蛇消化道粘膜上皮表面细微结构的特征.结果表明,其食道前段粘膜上皮由纤毛细胞、柱状细胞组成,后段为假复层上皮细胞组成;胃粘膜上皮为单层柱状细胞,细胞表面无微绒毛;肠粘膜上皮细胞表面有微绒毛;同时,还讨论了这些结构与机能的关系.
