Dizhen xuebao基于交错网格搜索的单台定位方法对长城站地震台2015—2017年期间记录的宽频带三分量波形数据进行了单台地震定位研究，定位了112个高信噪比的近震，获得了此期间南设得兰群岛及其周边地区的地震分布图。结果显示，地震主要沿NE向展布于南设得兰群岛及邻区，最大震级为ML4.8，最小震级为ML1.3，震源深度范围为2—134 km。相对于稳定的南极大陆内部，长城站地区的地震活动性较强，在靠近南设得兰海沟的弧前区域和布兰斯菲尔德海峡弧后区域发现了可能与俯冲和岩浆活动有关的地震事件 ...

Zhongguo cuzhong zazhi目的 基于改良德尔菲法构建脑血管病学科带头人的评价指标体系，为医疗相关专业机构进行学科带头人的招聘甄选、绩效考核、人才培养等提供参考。 方法 参考既往文献初步拟定学科带头人的评价指标体系。采用改良德尔菲法分别从脑血管病和相关专业领域学科带头人、优秀学科骨干，以及从事医疗人力资源管理和卫生事业管理研究等专业的人员中遴选咨询专家40人，进行两轮专家咨询，形成脑血管病学科带头人评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法确定一、二、三级指标的权重。 结果 两轮专家咨询的有效回收率分别为90%和100%，形成了知识技能、
