慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure, CHF)是各种心脏结构或心脏功能障碍导致心室充盈和(或)射血功能受损而出现一组病变[1]。由于慢性心力衰竭所致的末梢器官损害严重影响患者生活质量,尤其对中枢神经系统的损伤。甲状腺激素对大脑的发育和新陈代谢至关重要,而它的异常变化可影响大脑的发育和成熟,并且进一步导致认知功能障碍[2-3]。目前关于甲状腺激素与慢性心力衰竭认知功能障碍的关系,研究报道结果并不一致[4]。
