目的 通过对老年白内障患者超声乳化术中血压及心率变化进行观察，总结出合理有效的手术配合及护理措施。方法 对心电图及血压均正常的老年性白内障患者120例（120眼），在多功能监护仪监测下进行超声乳化人工晶体植入术，观察术前及术中不同时间血压及心率的变化。结果 120例手术均顺利完成，手术开始前、后5min内，易出现高血压和心率波动的紧急情况。结论 白内障超声乳化术发生心血管损伤的风险虽然较低，但术中患者对手术的应激反应可以出现高血压，高血压是发生心脑血管意外的危险因素，术中心电图 ...
