, 2019 目的调查厦门市肠造口患者早期自我管理现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用造口患者自我管理量表和一般情况问卷,对复诊的120例肠造口患者进行问卷调查,了解其自我管理情况,并分析自我管理的影响因素。结果肠造口患者早期自我管理平均得分为(48.02±19.56)分。在造口护理管理、症状护理管理、日常生活护理管理、功能锻炼管理和心理护理管理5个维度中,日常生活护理管理得分最高,为(14.72±3.44)分;心理护理管理得分最低,为(5.5±2.29)分。不同年龄段、职业、文化程度 ...
