Comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with pelvic organ prolapse [PDF]
目的 探讨综合护理干预对改善盆底器官脱垂患者焦虑程度和术后恢复的效果。方法 2015年1月至2015年12月入住复旦大学附属妇产科医院中西医结合病房因盆底器官脱垂行手术治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予综合护理干预和一般护理。应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对患者围术期焦虑程度进行评定，比较两组患者入院时和出院时HAMA评分和术后病率、排气时间、术后住院天数、拔导尿管后尿潴留发生率，并进行统计学分析。结果 观察组患者HAMA评分改善情况优于对照组，术后尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组 ...
