罗格列酮对心肌梗死大鼠血流动力学及肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响
【目的】探讨过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)激动药罗格列酮对心肌梗死大鼠血流动力学及肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响。【方法】45只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(9只)和心肌梗死组(36只),将制作心肌梗死模型后24h仍存活的21只SD大鼠随机分为心肌梗死对照组(10只)和罗格列酮组(11只)。罗格列酮组术后24h开始给予罗格列酮3mg/(kg·d)共8周。8周后测定血流动力学,称量心脏、左室、右室、肺和肝质量,用放射免疫法测定血浆及心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮以及血浆肾素活性。【结果】与心肌梗死对照组相比,
