对27例不同临床表现的风湿性心脏炎患者分别观察外周血淋巴细胞和血清对原代培养的人胚心肌细胞和心肌间质细胞的毒性作用。结果发现:1.急性典型发作的风湿性心脏炎(包括初发和风湿性心瓣膜病伴急性典型风湿活动)患者外周血淋巴细胞和血清对心肌细胞和心肌间质细胞均有毒性作用;2.慢性迁延而症状不典型的风湿性心脏炎患者外周血淋巴细胞对上述心肌细胞有毒性作用而血清则对上述细胞无或仅有轻微毒性作用;3.静止期的风湿性心瓣膜病患者,无论外周血淋巴细胞和血清对上述心脏细胞均无毒性作用。
