【目的】探讨经尿道前列腺气化切除术对血压心率影响及心肌缺血损伤的程度。【方法】测定46 例经尿道前列 腺气化切除术(TUVP)围手术期血压心率、心肌酶、心电图等, 以18 例耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术作对照。【结果】二组心 率、血压、中心静脉压、血糖、血钠的改变无差异。术后二组肌酸激酶(CK)、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTn Ⅰ)较术前升高, 肌酸激酶同 工酶MB(CK-MB)无明显改变, 术后二组间CK、CK-MB、cTn Ⅰ 无差异。TUVP 组术后cTn Ⅰ 明显升高者cTn Ⅰ 改变值与切 除时间、

【目的】观察挤压伤大鼠血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTn Ⅰ)含量的动态改变, 研究挤压伤早期 是否有心脏损伤及其与ET-1 的关系。【方法】建立挤压伤大鼠动物模型, 全自动生化分析仪检测血清心肌酶改变, 放射免疫 法检测血浆ET-1 含量, 化学发光法检测血浆cTn Ⅰ 含量。【结果】挤压伤后12 h 血浆ET-1 显著下降, 血清心肌酶、cTn Ⅰ 显 著升高, 并持续48 h 以上。【结论】肢体挤压伤早期有心肌细胞的损伤, ET-1 可能在心肌细胞损伤中起重要作用。

[目的]观察一个肢带型肌营养不良伴心肌损害家系患者的临床病理特点。[方法]行家系调查,家系成员行心肌酶及肌钙蛋白T、心电图、肌电图、彩超检查;4位患者取肌肉标本进行组织化学的病理观察。[结果]系谱显示4代共有9位患者,每代都出现,男女均受累及。健在5位患者,均出现进行性肌肉无力、萎缩,以肩带及盆带部明显;心肌酶及肌钙蛋白T检查正常;部分患者出现心脏扩大、心律失常、心力衰竭。病理检查见明显肌萎缩、核内移、肌裂等现象,符合肌营养不良的典型表现,Dystrophin免疫组化结果为(+)。[结论 ...

Highlights The GRK2 level elevated not only in the myocardium of diabetic mice with early stage of diabetic cardiomyopathy but also in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of type 2 diabetic patients with the early stage of diabetic cardiomyopathy. The study findings suggested that the GRK2 was a potential biomarker for early diabetic cardiomyopathy.
