【目的】探讨LCVP技术用于肝切除手术的可行性和有效性。【方法】60例行肝叶切除手术的肝癌病人,随机分为两组。组Ⅰ为正常输液组(对照组),组Ⅱ为LCVP组(实验组)。组Ⅱ术中维持低中心静脉压(CVP≤5cmH2O),于肝叶切除后恢复正常CVP;组Ⅰ维持中心静脉压6～12cmH2O。比较两组手术切除肝叶所需时间、术中失血量和输血量以及术后肾功能的影响。【结果】实验组肝叶切除所需时间、术中失血量和输血量明显少于对照组;术后对肾功能无损害。【结论 ...
