随着快速开关技术在交直流电网中应用的多样化,电磁斥力机构作为其核心组件,近年来也被各大科研机构广泛研究。“双碳”目标下,输电等级快速开关对工程化应用的电磁斥力机构提出了更大的挑战。文中首先介绍了电磁斥力机构的基本原理,结合理论分析和模型仿真得出影响出力效率及运动速度的关键因素,然后提出了分合闸线圈盘的优化设计方案,采用常规硅钢片材料设计线圈盘。再通过有限元仿真,确定了分合闸线圈盘尺寸参数。最后通过一套10 kV快速开关样机,实测对比了不同线圈盘方案下,电磁斥力机构的出力特性,证明了前期模型的准确性 ...
