亚洲临床医学杂志, 2019 目的：总结我院肺移植术后发生急性肾损伤进行连续肾脏替代疗法 (CRRT) 的护理经验。方法：收集2017年4月-2018年10月于本院进行肺移植术后发生急性肾损伤并进行CRRT治疗共8例患者的临床资料，予以CVVH和CVVHDF模式的CRRT治疗。严密观察患者生命体征；监测凝血功能，遵医嘱使用抗凝剂；严密监测其肝肾功能。结果：治疗后，5例患者肾功能恢复至原有水平后停止CRRT并康复出院；1例患者尿量恢复正常，但肌酐仍较高，改行连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过 (CVVHDF) 降肌酐治疗；1例患者转为尿毒症，
