, 2018 目的了解处方合理用药软件及临床药师对门诊处方审核情况,为优化处方合理用药软件提供参考。方法收集我院2017年7—12月门诊处方合理用药软件及临床药师对门诊处方人工审核的监测数据,并对有关数据进行统计分析。结果我院2017年7—12月处方总量为1 127 455份,其中用药提示474 618份,占42.1%。其中,由临床药师人工审核通过共30 133份,返回修改的1 072份;系统自动拦截共1 734份。结论处方合理用药软件同临床药师人工审方相结合能大幅提高调剂药师工作效率 ...
