, 2017 目的 分析某院2014—2016年狂犬病暴露患者的流行病学特征及暴露后处置情况,为加强本市城乡结合地区狂犬病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 根据医院HIS系统的资料,对伤人动物类别及就诊患者的性别、年龄、暴露级别、就诊时间、疫苗接种情况等相关因素进行统计分析。结果 2014—2016年某院共有7 280例患者接种了狂犬病疫苗,其中被犬咬（抓）伤者占87.18%;青年期和中年期两个年龄段的构成比占了62.34%。不同月份被动物咬（抓）伤者构成比比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。狂犬病疫苗接种率为100 ...
