高分子量角蛋白和TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨高分子量角蛋白和TPO蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的作用。方法用免疫组化EnVision法测定50例甲状腺乳头状癌及110例甲状腺良性病变(结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状增生50例、癌旁组织50例和滤泡性腺瘤10例)高分子量角蛋白和TPO表达情况。结果50例甲状腺乳头状癌高分子量角蛋白阳性46例,阴性4例;110例甲状腺良性病变高分子量角蛋白均阴性。50例甲状腺乳头状癌TPO阴性48例,阳性2例;110例甲状腺良性病变TPO均阳性。高分子量角蛋白和TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的评价指标 ...

随着人口老龄化社会的发展,老年人的生活质量备受关注。一些现象表明:健康一定可以长寿,但长寿不一定健康。在我国,老龄化进程不断加快,为使我们的老龄化社会更加和谐,我们有必要关心老年人的生活质量,关注老年人处于健康的寿命长度。 本文选用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查项目(CLHLS)的2008~2011年纵向数据,并运用多状态生命表法,分别从不同年龄、不同性别、不同城乡居住地、不同受教育程度、不同婚姻状况、不同烟酒状况、不同身体锻炼情况、不同患病状态等方面来计算健康预期寿命,并分析不同因素对健康预期寿命的影响。

带并联电抗器的交流特高压输电线路单相自适应重合闸故障识别方法

为使单相自适应重合闸避免重合于永久性故障,需对线路故障类型进行准确的识别。笔者针对带并联电抗器的交流特高压输电线路,计算瞬时性故障与永久性故障时中性点小电抗电压与故障线路端电压幅值比,分析发现,两种故障情况下其比值明显不同,因此利用中性点小电抗与故障线路端电压幅值比为判据,可准确判别瞬时性与永久性故障。大量ATP/EMTP仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效识别不同故障类型,且判别方法简单可靠性高。
