, 2015 目的了解影响患者住院医疗费用的因素,建立drgS病例分组并对各组医疗费用进行分析评价。方法以厦门地区病毒性肝炎患者为研究对象,首先利用单因素和多因素方法分析患者住院医疗费用的影响因素,然后以患者住院医疗费用作为目标变量,通过CHAId模型进行drgS病例分组,最后采用rIV、CV等评价指标分析和评价分组结果。结果对可能影响住院医疗费用的变量进行单因素分析显示,年龄、付费方式、入院情况和是否手术4个因素具有统计学意义,通过多因素分析显示年龄、费用支付方式、入院情况是厦门地区肝炎患者住院费用的主要影响因素 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的探讨SP70检测在良恶性胸腔积液鉴别中的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年4月至2011年12月在我院就诊并经临床明确诊断为良性胸腔积液和恶性胸腔积液患者各90例,采集患者胸腔积液标本,检测SP70、CEA、Cyfra21-1和NSE水平,并进行比较分析。结果恶性胸腔积液组患者SP70、CEA、CYFRA21-1检测阳性率分别为72.2%、58.9%和53.3%,显著高于良性胸腔积液组的10.0%、13.3%和22.2%（P0.05）。恶性胸腔积液组SP70敏感度、特异度和符合率分别为72.2%、89.
