甲状腺超声影像报告和数据系统分类联合多变量统计分析在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用价值
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2015 目的探讨甲状腺超声影像和数据报告系统(TI-RADS)分级结合多变量统计分析在诊断甲状腺良恶结节中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的247例单发甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,对患者进行TI-RADS分级,并运用多变量统计分析方法对病例进行分析,筛选重要声像特征。结果甲状腺良性结节组和甲状腺恶性结节组比较,肿块的大小、肿块的性质、形态、边界、回声、钙化、钙化类型、纵横比,CDFI均具有统计学差别。多变量统计结果显示甲状腺良性结节组和甲状腺恶性结节能够很好的被分离,而甲状腺恶性结节的不同分类也能很好的被区分。
