目的明确血管性认知损伤大鼠脑内SIRT1表达及氧化应激指标SOD及MDA的变化情况。方法 2-VO法建立慢性脑缺血大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组和慢性脑缺血组,于术后6周、9周、12周,利用Morris水迷宫试验进行认知评估,实时定量PCR、免疫组化及Western blot检测大鼠脑内SIRT1表达,同时进行SOD、MDA水平测定。结果 2-VO术后6周、9周和12周,慢性脑缺血大鼠SIRT1蛋白表达明显下降,以缺血6周时最明显;慢性脑缺血时大鼠脑内SOD降低而MDA升高,显著差异仅发生在脑缺血6周 ...

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)是急慢性冠脉综合征的治疗手段之一,可开通狭窄甚至闭塞的冠状动脉,改善心肌血流灌注,降低心脏相关的死亡率,已成为心血管疾病血运重建的重要手段。围术期缺血性脑卒中是冠状动脉介入治疗中最严重的合并症之一。研究发现,PCI术后新发缺血性脑卒中的发病率呈上升趋势[1],大约在0.1%至0.56%之间[2-7]。

妊娠高血压(HDP)疾病是妊娠期常见的合并症之一,可增加多种妊娠并发症及胎儿不良结局的发生。既往研究表明,新生儿外周血有核红细胞(NRBC)的升高与宫内急慢性缺氧、感染、早产、急慢性宫内窘迫及脑损伤等病理因素有关[1-4]。本研究旨在分析HDP与新生儿NRBC升高的相关性,对预测新生儿缺氧后器官功能的损伤及预后的评估提供线索。
