现代法学研究, 2023 纵观各国立法例，绝大多数国家皆赋予了抵押人自由转让抵押物的权利。我国《中华人民共和国民法典》(简称：《民法典》)取消了抵押权人之同意为抵押物转让生效要件的做法，转而采自由转让主义的立场，无疑值得肯定。在自由转让主义的立场下，对抵押权人加以特殊保护成为必要。各国主要通过传统的追及效力、物上代位或者双重主义来解决。本文对各种模式进行利益衡量分析，辅之以对传统的理论学说的检讨，再以理论的法史学溯源为线索，以期深入对价金物上代位模式的认识与讨论。

数学发现, 2022 何谓点子数学，就是把带有箭头符号的线段平均等分，每一小段的端点为等分点，对于线段上的等分点，只用符号0和1表示，我们把这样的数轴称为二制箭轴；探讨平面上两条平行的且呈轴对称的二制箭轴在箭头符号方向相同或箭头符号方向相反的情形下，上下二制箭轴之间0和0或者0和1或者1和1相对应的情形所表现出来的分布特征，我们对其分布特征进行系统地分析整理，得到一些具体的性质特征的内容称之为点子数学。其目的是运用点子数学中的某些性质特征探索解决如“哥德巴赫猜想”和“孪生素数猜想”等一系列的数学问题。

, 2020 利用实验室研制的近红外激光外差光谱仪, 开展了基于最优估计算法的温室气体柱浓度反演和系统测量误差的近似评估等相关工作. 首先, 通过光谱数据库、参考正向模型计算结果与傅里叶变换红外光谱技术探测结果筛选出了探测窗口, 并以此为依据选择了相应的激光器和探测器; 其次, 建立了基于参考正向模型最优估计浓度反演算法, 采用Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) 迭代方法, 实现了整层大气CO2柱浓度及垂直分布廓线的反演, 并开展了长期观测对比实验, 验证了反演算法的可行性; 最后 ...

现代经济管理, 2022 在一个特殊的历史发展时期，翻译行为的持续和创新催生了大量民间作品和可持续翻译传统。因此，即使在今天，翻译技能和技术仍在不断发展，这只会延长前任的工作时间，只会加强创新和实践。唯一保持不变的是对原文的尊重，即所有翻译最终都必须以目标受众为对象，并向他们提供全部或部分信息。即使在这一过程中，原语文的地位也没有得到应有的重视，但为了对公众负责，这一规则正在得到越来越多的承认。根据这一规则，翻译的目的是确定翻译的行为，保持文本的功能，同时遵守一致性和忠实性原则，并在必要时选择适当的翻译技术，以提高信息传播的效率。
