仰卧位与侧卧位股骨重建钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果观察 [PDF]
, 2019 目的：评价仰卧体位与侧卧体位股骨重建钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的重建钉内固定治疗且体质量超过25kg/m2的78例股骨转子间骨折患者，按照手术体位不同分为两组：甲组（侧卧体位）43例，乙组（仰卧体位）35例，比较不同体位手术实施效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率少于乙组（P＜0.05），但两组的临床疗效良好率对比无差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：股骨转子间骨折合并肥胖患者取侧卧体位下股骨重建钉治疗，可减轻手术难度，缩短手术时间，提高手术实施安全性 ...
