扎龙保护区景观动态变化与丹顶鹤人为干扰分析

以2000年、2007年、2013年3期Landsat TM遥感影像为主要数据源,结合辅助资料对扎龙保护区进行提取,在Erdas的支持下实现图像解译,分析景观变化。结果显示,2000~2013年,扎龙保护区沼泽湿地面积先减后增,但仍以沼泽为基质景观,沼泽面积受自然因素的影响很大; 草地景观有所减少,耕地面积小幅度增加; 明水面面积变化较大,主要受降水影响。以道路、居民地、耕地作为人为干扰源,选择适合的干扰距离对三者进行缓冲分析,探究人为干扰对丹顶鹤生境的影响程度。结果表明:人为干扰逐年加大 ...

取食玉米行为对散放丹顶鹤繁殖期能量摄入及卵壳特征的影响

食物可获得性不仅与环境变化密切相关,也会对动物的生存或繁殖产生重要影响。2016年春季,扎龙湿地一块农田内一对散放繁殖丹顶鹤在取食已经播种的玉米种子。为了调查和分析这一行为发生对其生存和繁殖产生的影响,本文结合观察法、实地测量和DV录像方式估算其取食效率,对其取食玉米的能量与同期笼养繁殖鹤对摄入总能量进行比较,并对其首次产卵、再次产卵与笼养鹤卵的卵壳厚度、密度和钙元素含量进行对比。结果发现,这对散放繁殖丹顶鹤取食玉米种子效率高达91.22%,取食玉米的能量占同期笼养丹顶鹤摄入总能量的67.74 ...

近年青头潜鸭在扎龙自然保护区的数量变化

青头潜鸭(Aythya baeri)是近年来受到国际广泛关注的极危物种,全球种群数量不足1000只,中国作为其主要分布地,种群数量约为600—800只。松嫩平原是其历史繁殖地,而扎龙保护区是松嫩平原较有代表性且受到国际广泛关注的大面积湿地,其内青头潜鸭的分布状况对其研究与保护有重要意义。本文综合野外实地观察及文献,对青头潜鸭在扎龙保护区的分布状况进行了总结,认为目前青头潜鸭在扎龙保护区的分布地主要在保护区的东北部、西北部及东南部。
