, 2015 目的:探讨用奥卡西平治疗儿童部分性发作癫痫的临床效果和安全性。方法:对2012年1月~2014年1月期间我院收治的120例部分性发作癫痫患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。我院使用奥卡西平对这120例患儿进行治疗,然后总结奥卡西平治疗儿童部分性发作癫痫的临床效果和安全性。结果:这120例部分性发作癫痫患儿在接受治疗后,治疗显效的患儿有71例,有效的患儿有38例,无效的患儿有11例,治疗的总有效率为90.83%。其中,有7例患儿在接受奥卡西平治疗后出现了药物不良反应,药物不良反应的发生率为5.83%。结论 ...
