变电站土壤腐蚀性评价及接地网金属腐蚀特性分析

变电站土壤的腐蚀性与接地网金属服役寿命密切相关。分析了某变电站接地网11个典型部位土壤样品的电阻率、氧化还原电位、含水量、含盐量、pH值、Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+等理化指标,根据相关标准分析、评估该变电站土壤腐蚀性;同时用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDAX)分析了该变电站接地网金属样品腐蚀特性,认为:土壤的腐蚀性决定于土壤电阻率、氧化还原电位及Cl-、SO42-含量,许多情况下,Cl-与SO42-对接地网金属腐蚀起到促进作用。并提出了防腐方法。

镍基合金等离子堆焊层的组织和性能

采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和显微硬度计,研究了镍基合金等离子弧堆焊层的组织和性能。堆焊的基材为X65管线钢,焊丝是ERNiCrMo-3。研究结果表明,堆焊层由柱状晶和共晶组织组成,堆焊层中的柱状晶为γ固溶体,共晶组织为γ固溶体和Laves 相(富含Mo、Nb);由腐蚀电化学测试可知,堆焊层的耐蚀性能随着堆焊电流的增大而减弱;氢致开裂试验结果表明,堆焊电流越大,越容易发生氢致裂纹;显微硬度测试结果表明,由基体至堆焊层显微硬度先升高后下降,熔合区硬度最高,可达310 HV以上。

坯体成型密度对ZnO压敏陶瓷致密化和晶粒生长过程的影响

研究了ZnO压敏陶瓷坯体成型密度对烧成瓷体的致密化和晶粒生长的影响。依据扫描电镜观察分析了晶粒大小、分布情况并测量了瓷体密度。着重指出:控制好晶粒大小、分布和瓷体密度可以改善瓷体电性能;提高坯体成型密度不仅加速了瓷体的致密化,而且能降低晶粒起始生长温度,增大晶粒生长速率,促进晶粒长大。
