全氟辛烷对角膜影响的实验研究

目的 观察全氟辛烷残留前房时对角膜的影响 ,探讨取出残留前房全氟辛烷的适宜时间。方法 向实验组兔眼前房中注入全氟辛烷 ,观察不同时间内角膜在裂隙灯显微镜、光镜、扫描电镜下和台盼蓝、茜素红染色后的变化。结果 实验组的角膜 2周时只在扫描电镜下出现变化 ,4周时的检查结果显示角膜明显改变。结论 全氟辛烷长时间残留眼内可引起角膜内皮细胞的损伤 ,应尽早取出前房内的全氟辛烷。
