为研究矩形管翼缘开孔波纹腹板钢梁的抗剪性能,设计完成了四个试件的受剪试验。通过分析试件的破坏模态、荷载-位移曲线和关键区域的应变发展规律,研究了试件的抗剪性能、极限承载力及波纹腹板在开孔后分担的剪力比例。利用ABAQUS进行了数值模拟,将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。研究了腹板几何初始缺陷和开孔偏移对抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明矩形管翼缘开孔波纹腹板梁具有较好的延性性能;其抗剪承载力会随着开孔孔径的增大而降低,腹板波纹越密集,抗剪承载力越高;开孔横向偏移对抗剪承载力影响不明显 ...

输电塔作为一种长期暴露在大气环境中的结构,其中所用的角钢在服役期间易遭受腐蚀作用。文中针对输电塔结构中常用的Q355单肢连接等边角钢开展了受拉试验,通过机械切削的方法来模拟角钢遭受腐蚀,共设计了21根试件,包括1组无损对照、2组螺栓孔腐蚀和4组端部腐蚀试件,研究了不同螺栓孔直径、腐蚀位置和腐蚀深度对角钢受力性能的影响规律,并提出了角钢腐蚀后剩余抗拉承载力的实用计算方法。结果表明:试件均在端部螺栓孔处发生断裂破坏;试件的抗拉承载力因局部腐蚀程度的不同而有所降低,且腐蚀深度越大,抗拉承载力的降幅越显著 ...
