蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用 附视频

目的探讨蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用。方法用蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对6株小细胞肺癌和7株非小细胞肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制效果进行了检测,并采用免疫法,测定了蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞内Rb蛋白表达的影响。结果随其浓度的增加,对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用增强,小细胞肺癌的半数抑制量平均值ST为95nM,UCN-01为588nM,非小细胞肺癌则分别为188nM和1029nM,ST和UCN-01可抑制肺癌细胞Rb蛋白的磷酸化。结论蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂通过抑制Rb蛋白的磷酸化 ...

玉米巯基蛋白酶抑制剂的纯化及部分性质

从玉米种子纯化出两种巯基蛋白酶抑制剂(CPI Ⅰ和CPI Ⅱ),分子量分别为9500和13000,它们都只抑制巯基蛋白酶的水解活性,而对丝氨酸蛋白酶则无抑制作用,属于巯基蛋白酶水解抑制剂,它们在pH3.0~11.0或100℃温度范围内保有100%的抑制木瓜蛋白酶的抑制活性,表明在这些外界条件下其分子非常稳定.
