ＡＰＩ０１３４是一种新的穿心莲有效成分，为黄酮类化合物。体外研究证实ＡＰＩ０１３４能有效地抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的人血小板聚集，其半抑制浓度（ＩＣ５０）为７０ｇ／ｍｌ；ＡＰＩ０１３４能强烈的抑制钙调蛋白（ＣａＭ）的活力，ＩＣ５０为３４ｇ／ｍｌ，但其对ＣａＭ依赖性磷酸二酯酶（ＰＤＥ－Ｉ）的基础活力无影响。在浓度增高时ＡＰＩ０１３４也能抑制ＣａＭ不依赖性磷酸二酯酶（ＰＤＥ－Ⅱ）活力，ＩＣ５０为２４０ｇ／ｍｌ；动力学分析的结果表明，ＡＰＩ０１３４虽不能改变ＰＥＤ－Ⅱ的表观Ｋｍ值但可降低Ｖｍａｘ ...
