国外用于页岩气的水平井水力多段压裂技术比较成熟,采用其多段压裂工具勘探开发成本相对较高,而我国至今还没有形成成熟技术。简要介绍了国外具有代表性的威德福、哈利伯顿和贝克休斯公司用于页岩气井裸眼多级分段压裂相关工具及案例,并针对我国油气田的现状,设计了1趟管柱多级分段压裂系统方案。该方案采用自膨胀式封隔器+投球滑套的方式,管柱选用Φ114.3 mm套管,此种完井方式相对于套管固井后再分段压裂的方式可大幅节约成本。试验结果表明,采用自膨胀封隔器完全可以满足国内页岩气开发的需求 ...

水平井分段压裂技术是水平井增产改造的重要技术。该技术可在第1层压裂结束后,投球加压,使滑套下移,将下面一层关闭,露出第2层喷砂循环孔,开始第2层压裂,实现不动管柱多层压裂。在介绍水平井分段压裂技术关键工具结构及性能的基础上,以水平5-1井为例,对该技术的应用情况进行了介绍。应用结果表明,封隔器分段压裂技术分段准确、施工方便,对开发低渗透油藏具有良好效果。建议进一步开展压裂工具的优化设计和不动管柱封隔器分段压裂技术研究。
