Identification of autoanti-B antibody produced by B blood group, a case report

目的 对1例罕见的B抗原特异性自身抗体标本进行鉴定分析。方法 采用经典试管法、吸收放散法、微柱凝胶法检测血型抗原及抗体。巯基试剂处理血浆、直接抗球蛋白分型鉴定抗体性质。序列特异引物引导的聚合酶链反应进行ABO基因分型,测序分析ABO基因1~7外显子核苷酸序列。结果 ABO血型正反定型不符,正定型B抗原4+,血浆与反定型B细胞凝集2+s,不规则抗体筛查阴性。吸收放散试验证实:存在特异性抗-B,抗体性质为IgM,4℃条件体外溶血试验阳性。SSP基因分型为B/O1;1 ...

TEPA与降凝剂复配对生物柴油离子含量的影响Effect of the combination of TEPA and pour point depressant on the ion content of biodiesel

为对生物柴油的规模化应用提供参考,以小桐子生物柴油为研究对象,利用离子色谱系统研究了5种降凝剂(平安者、秒速、易威、凡响、海龙)、抗氧化剂四乙烯五胺(TEPA)及其复配物对生物柴油离子含量的影响,并测定了加入不同添加剂生物柴油的凝点及氧化安定性。结果表明:TEPA与降凝剂复配在一定程度上降低了生物柴油的凝点,延长了生物柴油的氧化诱导期,其中抗氧化效果最好的是TEPA与易威复配;5种降凝剂添加量为0.4%时,油样中不同种类的离子含量变化趋势不同,有机酸离子含量变化较小,无机阴离子和阳离子含量降低,其中NO-

谷壳天然混凝剂在饮用水处理中的应用研究

以谷壳为原材料制备了一种天然混凝剂,并对其结构与元素组成进行了表征。通过混凝实验考察了谷壳混凝剂的净水效果,并进一步探究了不同亲疏水性、不同分子质量有机物的去除情况。结果表明,制备的谷壳混凝剂能够有效去除大分子、疏水性有机物,对小分子、亲水性有机物的去除率也可达40%。与聚合氯化铝相比,谷壳混凝剂可更有效地控制后续消毒中消毒副产物的生成,在痕量抗生素的去除能力方面也具有一定优势。

高锰酸盐复合药剂强化混凝处理高有机物含量的地表水

用高锰酸盐复合药剂强化混凝处理,对受高浓度有机物废水污染的地表水进行了试验研究。结果表明,仅用硫酸亚铁氯化法混凝处理时,原水CODMn浓度增加使混凝效果变差,混凝曲线的最佳投药量范围变窄,处理后水质难以达到要求。高锰酸盐复合药剂有显著强化混凝效能,其强化混凝效果与投加方式有关,高锰酸盐复合药剂在硫酸亚铁混凝剂之后投加的混凝效果最好。投加高锰酸盐复合药剂强化处理使混凝曲线向下移动且向两极张开,拓宽了最佳混凝剂投量范围,提高了系统的抗干扰性或抗冲击性 ...
