为确保±1100 kV/16 kN支柱瓷绝缘子抗弯性能满足要求,通过对样品的三节、四节、五节、六节进行整柱弯曲破坏负荷试验,摸索出多节产品在承受整柱破坏负荷时的应力变化。初步确定,在多节产品的设计过程中,等应力设计具有一定的不合理性。对±1100 kV/16 kN支柱瓷绝缘子的各节应力选取时,要有不小于10%的应力叠装系数。试验证明:选用此种应力分布设计的产品,满足整柱的抗弯性能要求,可以满足±1100 kV特高压工程的需要。
